Controlling teenage acne
The emotional effects of acne can have far reaching results especially for teenagers as they try to come to terms with acne, especially facial acne.

Understanding that acne comes from a bacteria infection in most cases, by dealing with it as that will make it so much easier to control the problems.
Cleanliness
In a teenagers busy life the last thing they are thinking about is keeping their body, their clothing and their bedding absolutely clean – but clean it must be.
When you think about it, pimples get picked, get the tops rubbed off them and so on, so each time a pimple excretes a fluid it spreads the bacteria to clothing, bedding and other parts of the body, then before you know it there is an acne breakout somewhere else on the body. This is why it is essential to clean everything we wear. It can lead to a lot of washing initially, but once you get the acne under control and acne breakouts reduced it will be much easier to cope with.
Face and Hands
Keeping the face and hands clean is an important part of breaking the acne cycle. Care needs to be taken to wash the face 3 times a day but not with soap as this will dry out the skin. Hands need to be washed on a regular basis because there are germs on just about everything that we touch and then we touch our face to push our hair back, lean on our hand, scratch an itch or whatever.
Starting with these acne prevention techniques will go a long way to helping solve the problem.
