Acne is a problem that annoys those that suffer from it.  It is one of those annoying situations that just won’t heal on its own and will take some effort from the person to make sure that it goes away.

The sooner it is addressed the better it will be.  We all have different make up to our bodies.  Some have more oily skins, some have dry skins, some have a fast metabolism and others have a slow metabolism.   To a certain extent it is your different make up that will drive the exact method that will be best for your skin care.

 

Cleanliness tops the list and is something that you can start immediately.  Wash everyhting, get rid of that bacteria that is in clothing, bedding, jewellry, the lot.  Anything that touches your skin will most likely have some bacteria of some sort on it.

One may think that to control acne you only have to do one or two simple things, but in actual fact there are quite a number of things to address to have a long lasting effect with acne prevention.
