Acne is a problem that annoys those that suffer from it. It is one of those annoying situations that just won’t heal on its own and will take some effort from the person to make sure that it goes away.
The sooner it is addressed the better it will be. We all have different make up to our bodies. Some have more oily skins, some have dry skins, some have a fast metabolism and others have a slow metabolism. To a certain extent it is your different make up that will drive the exact method that will be best for your skin care.
Cleanliness tops the list and is something that you can start immediately. Wash everyhting, get rid of that bacteria that is in clothing, bedding, jewellry, the lot. Anything that touches your skin will most likely have some bacteria of some sort on it.
Drinking fresh clean water during the day is a great way to rid the body of toxins and it cleans the blood. Try to make this a habit of drinking at least 1.5 lt of water a day, more if you can.
Exercise is al
so excellent for clearing the skin. Do make sure that you shower after exercise, or at least wash your face well because you will sweating and the sweat needs to be washed off otherwise it will help clog your pores. Also make sure that any clothing that you exercise in is washed after each use.
For teenagers with acne these extra chores may seem a bit if a pain, but once the habit is formed and they see the results it probably won’t impact on their life too much.
Learning how to prevent acne is half the battle. When you know how, you can implement the process.
